Leadership is an essential part of a developing organization. Great leaders enable teams to achieve goals through clear direction and support. Leonard Chumo Falex of Master's Men Africa hosts an invite-only online leadership roundtable for current and future ministry team leaders.
It is an intense action learning to prepare leaders for quality disciple making and developing other leaders. You will find the 45-minutes program every first Wednesday of the month from 1:15pm East Africa Time enriching and challenging.
